Micro Incubation and Micro Empowerment

The proposed ARC is entering into non binding interest Due Diligence and Academic discovery process presented forth by Omar Solh of Solh Design Workshop LLC (SDW), Global Clean Energy Solutions LLC (GCES), their respective projects (TTEMP+Saida 2030+Shelter+GCES+Aqua Tech) along with local as well as international clients both in academia and finance. (The collective term recommended for use to describe all projects and entities proposed as The Collaborative Incubators - TCI - ).

The Collaborative Incubators wish to further develop a proposed incubation, Stakeholder as well as Investment Models of Proposed Academic Clusters in Lebanon lead by PLU and to include University, University of (all academic entities are proposed for the time being and the initial communications with PLU was initiated on the 4th of February 2015) along with other future academic entities in Lebanon., Non Profit Organizations (locally and internationally) in order to fully establish the first of its kind Private Public Academic Cooperative Agreement in the form of ARC for existing Urban Institute, Water Institute and proposed TTEMP.com, Alternative Land Use & Shelter as well as Renewable Energy Institutes dedicated to serve, research, administer and implement its findings the MENA Region.

We (TCI) plan to begin Due Diligence process by end of May 2015 or Early June until completion by end of September of 2015. By then, we (Executive Leadership) will deliver a Ready to Sign Document to Dr. Najjar of PLU (Proposed Executive in Charge of ARC) in which we embed ARC with PLU Provosts office. 50% of the work and concept development has been presented in emails, letters, oral presentations and other means of communications such as Power Points and more.

ARC Incubators and Funding
We feel ARC (Academic Research Cluster) at Incubation Phase as an acronym will best describe out vested efforts. ARC will be funded by incubators at the rate of $5 K per Individual and $20 K per entity and should have between $3 M to $4 M in total funds that will phase the way for Second Phase of Research.

ARC Stakeholders
Stakeholders Collective Agreement based on proposed Initiatives, Institutes, Centers, and Projects. To that end, Urban Institute, Water Institute as existing facilities at PLU and we feel a proposed Land and Shelter Use Initiative, Renewable Energy Initiative, Lebanon 2030 Initiative with Saida 2030 and other concepts as key potential projects, TTEMP.com initiative with RMIA and Tripoli as part of the formula and other potential Initiatives, Institutes, Centers, Projects and Private Line Academic Relations as potential Research Facilities managed effectively by ARC, Incubators and Stakeholders . The Stakeholders Agreements and Implementations should begin 7 months from February 4th (Late September 2015) and will yield a more substantial financial and technical contribution from Incubators and others who will become officially Stakeholders in proposed setups. There is no total value of funding but it is reasonable to assume $20 M will be a reasonable amount to consider 7 months to 7 years from today.

Micro Incubation to Macro Empowerment

Peace Fund Lebanon (PFL) is a proposed Non Profit entity in Lebanon and currently populated by concerned Local and Global citizens with a simple master plan to Empower All Good Citizens of Lebanon. A major part of our Mission Statement at PFL is to provide ideas, concepts, visions and detailed analysis of potential growth sectors and projects and to insure longevity and empowerment of Lebanese individuals both at Micro and Macro Levels.

Our present cooperative model steams from need develop a series of simulation exercises that could lead to an effective Academic Private Public Partnership and to carry out structured Research and Analysis in Urban Development, Transportation, Energy and more areas crucial for Lebanon and Lebanese Citizens.

Our Local and Global partners partake in our activities based on three modes of participation that insure effective continuity and evolution of desired tasks and projects:

Incubators are both individuals and entities that are keen about development of concept ideas and business models leading to overall concepts in key growth disciplines with emphasis on Academic Public Private Partnership (APPP). The ideas put forth by incubators become public record and development of concept notes are initiated as a comprehensive model of economic longevity both at Micro and Macro Levels. Incubation is best described as a Due Diligence Business Model that is being developed collectively as part of a comprehensive economic master plan.

Stakeholders are also similar in nature to Incubators yet their contribution both monetary and technically steams from a Profit sharing model and based on our Findings and Analysis developed through our incubators. Stakeholders contribute their time and funds to launch specific projects for with effective funding methods and delivery forecasts. Their financial contributions could take on many forms but are focused on developing projects throughout implementation.

Investors can allocate their funds and services to insure completion of projects and an effective usage of developed business, financial, technical and marketing models and leading to a Hybrid Public Private Establishments that can give back to society in the most normal and effective means possible.
